China has expanded its unilateral visa-exemption program to include the United Kingdom and Canada, allowing citizens from both nations to enter mainland China visa-free for up to 30 days starting February 17, 2026. The policy covers travel for business, tourism, family visits, cultural exchange, and transit, bringing the total number of countries with visa-free access to China to 79.
