Central Park Towers rises as Tbilisi's first fully integrated luxury resort, a $500 million masterpiece of two 42-story towers on Kazbegi Avenue, just 200 meters from Central Park. Managed by Radisson Blu in Tower A and another global brand in Tower B, it spans 140,000 square meters with 1,150 units, a 4,000-seat concert hall, Georgia's largest spa, casino, and high-end mall featuring Harvey Nichols and restaurants like Roberto's and Beefbar.
