St. Regis Luxury Resort Coming to Maui's Kapalua Bay in 2027

Marriott International has assumed management of The Resort at Kapalua Bay, a 25-acre oceanfront property on Maui's northwest coast, effective March 14, 2026. The luxury resort features 146 multi-bedroom ocean-view residences nestled within the renowned Kapalua Resort community and will undergo renovation before officially joining the prestigious St. Regis Hotels & Resorts portfolio in 2027.
