The Philippines welcomes visitors from 157 countries with visa-free entry for 14 to 59 days, governed by Executive Order 408 and enforced by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Bureau of Immigration. Recent expansions include 14-day visa-free access for Indian nationals since June 2025 and a 14-day non-extendible stay for Chinese nationals effective January 16, 2026, limited to specific airports like Ninoy Aquino and Mactan-Cebu.
