The Washtenaw County Health Department lists seven exposure sites across five days, including CVS Pharmacy, Cricket Wireless, Ypsilanti Urgent Care, and Canton Urgent Care. Symptoms include high fever over 104F, cough, runny nose, red eyes, Koplik spots, and a spreading rash starting on the face.
