Iowa Highways Reopen After Blizzard Shutdown

Iowa's major interstate corridors have reopened following a severe blizzard that forced closures across I-35 and I-80 on March 15-16. I-35 from Ames to the Minnesota state line reopened around 10 a.m., while I-80 segments opened in staggered fashion throughout the morning and early afternoon.
