China Hits 73% Visa-Free Entries for 2025 Visitors

China records 30.08 million visa-free entries by foreign nationals in 2025, a 49.5 percent surge from the prior year, as policies expand to 50 countries. Over 73 percent of the 82 million international visitors benefit from these waivers, including 30-day unilateral access, 144-hour transit, and a new nationwide 240-hour option at 65 ports.
