Canadians Gain 30-Day Visa-Free Access to China

China now grants Canadian citizens visa-free entry for up to 30 days, starting February 17 and running through December 31, 2026. This policy covers business, tourism, family visits, cultural exchanges, and transit, bringing the total eligible countries to 50. Travelers need passports valid for at least six months and may have to show proof of onward travel or accommodation. Multiple entries are allowed as long as each stay stays under 30 days.
